Manoel Anglade
PRINCIPAL & DIRECTOR
Manoel Anglade, a Knight of Malta in the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and Malta (OSJ), is a dedicated professional with over 34 years of experience at College Roger Anglade. For the past 14 years, he has been leading the institution, making significant contributions to education in Haiti. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico, Manoel combines his academic expertise with his commitment to excellence. As a board advisor for the I Got Next Foundation and a distinguished member of the Order of Malta, he continues to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Marc Royster-Stallion
DIRECTOR OF PEDAGOGY & LOGISTICS
Marc Stallion is a multi-talented professional with a passion for education and the arts. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Acting from one of the top performing arts schools in the US, a Master's degree in Writing, and a Post-Master's in Pedagogy from Antioch University in Los Angeles, CA. As the founder of the I Got Next Foundation, a non-profit serving Haiti and the U.S., Marc is committed to making a difference. He is also an accomplished professional writer, educator, filmmaker, philanthropist, and wellness coach. Currently, Marc serves as the Director of Pedagogy & Logistics at CRA, acts as a Professor of Content Creation at the American Musical & Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles, and continues to pursue his writing career while honing his acting skills. Driven by his desire to reform traditional education, he remains dedicated to creating innovate solutions and creating opportunities for the youth.

Aurelie Stallion is a classically trained Haitian dancer, esteemed both for her artistry and dedication to education. Co-founder of the I Got Next Foundation, Aurelie's work combines her passion for dance, mental health, and wellness. As a certified therapeutic Movement Coach, she leverages the power of movement to promote healing and well-being in her approach while serving as the social director at The College Roger Anglade. With her holistic approach, Aurelie continues to make a lasting impact on the lives of children, families, and the community at large.

Alexandre Anglade is a multi-lingual Industrial Systems Engineer specializing in mechanical and automotive engineering. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree obtained in Spain, he brings a global perspective to his work. Passionate about the automotive industry and high-level motorsports, Alexandre excels in vehicle dynamics and chassis development. A graduate of The College Roger Anglade, his fluency in French, Haitian Creole, English, and Spanish enables effective communication across diverse teams. Known for his determination, motivation, and strong work ethic, Alexandre consistently delivers results in his field.
